Many organisations achieve Lean success in pockets but struggle to scale a true culture of improvement and innovation. The issue is rarely capability - it is the lack of alignment between purpose, people, and how change is led.

This session introduces Purposeful Lean, which integrates Kaizen (continuous improvement), Kaikaku (radical transformation), and Kakushin (breakthrough innovation) into a single, coherent system through Purposeful Governance.

By aligning decisions around purpose, people, place and planet - and applying practical tools such as Purposeful Decision Filters - organisations can connect daily improvement, step-change transformation and future innovation in a way that scales across teams and functions.
