Hope-Action Wheel™

The Hope-Action Wheel™ describes the feedback loop between Hope and Action. It recognises how hope and action reinforce each other, either in a positive way (positive cycle) or a negative way (negative cycle). Action creates change which increases hope, and more hope drives more action. Conversely, no hope creates inaction, and no action increases the feeling of hopelessness. Current perceptions/biases tend to drive a negative state. We need to strategically intervene to reverse this and create a positive cycle of hope and action - starting by bringing early adopters together and aligning our actions.
