Purposeful Vision ... Purposeful World

At dawn of the year, when the old bells fade,

A brighter vow is quietly made:

That purpose, a growing call,

Will shape our future, rebuild trust for all.

Purposeful Governance, steady and wise,

Lifts its gaze beyond the rise.

Of passing fads or fleeting claim,

In service of the good, not selfish gain.

With measured hand and listening ear,

It charts a course both just and clear.

Where policy is not mere decree

But care made firm, in equity.

Alongside stands the citizenry,

Purposeful hearts in plurality.

Not idle watchers of the state,

But active stewards of our fate.

In work, in service, voice, and vote,

In daily acts that keep afloat.

The bonds of trust, the common ground,

Where shared responsibility is found.

Two noble purposes start to align,

The civic will, the guiding line.

A nation breathes more deeply then,

Renewed by faith in “we” and “when.”

As governance becomes a living force,

Purposeful Citizens help chart its course,

And people flourish, strong and free,

When led with care and clarity.

So let this year be set apart:

A new world led by mind and heart.

Where purpose is clear every day,

In word and law, in deed and way.

Together drawn, together sworn,

A flourishing realm is gently born -

A Purposeful World, shaped by all,

Steadfast and ready to answer the call.
